30L and 5L Stainless Steel Step Waste Bins (Set of 2) – Rose Gold

Returns and Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to products purchased through rackmivo.com. Our store offers practical home organization, storage, laundry, drying rack, waste bin, and everyday household products. Please read this policy carefully before submitting a return or refund request.

1. Return Period

Customers may submit a return request within 30 days from the date the product is received.

Return requests submitted after this 30-day period may not be accepted, unless required by applicable law.

2. Eligible Products for Return

Most home organization, storage, laundry, drying rack, waste bin, and household products may be returned if they meet the conditions stated in this policy.

Returned products should be unused, clean, complete, and in a condition that allows them to be inspected and resold where applicable.

3. Condition of Returned Products

Returned products should meet the following conditions:

• the product is unused and in its original condition

• the product is clean and free from stains, odors, damage, or signs of heavy use

• the product has only minor signs of handling for inspection purposes, where applicable

• all included accessories, parts, manuals, labels, protective materials, and components are returned together

• the product is returned in its original packaging where possible, or in suitable protective packaging to prevent damage during return shipping

For products that require assembly, such as drying racks, storage units, bins, shelves, or organizers, all parts and hardware must be included. Returns may be refused or partially refunded if parts are missing, damaged, heavily used, or not returned together.

4. Non-Returnable or Restricted Return Items

Some products may not be eligible for return or may have restricted return conditions, including:

• products that have been used, washed, altered, damaged, or assembled in a way that prevents resale

• products with missing parts, accessories, manuals, packaging, or components

• waste bins, laundry items, or household products that show stains, odors, residue, or hygiene-related concerns after use

• clearance, final sale, customized, or specially marked non-returnable products, where stated on the product page

• products damaged due to improper installation, misuse, insufficient return packaging, or normal wear and tear

If a product page states a different return condition for a specific item, the product page information may apply in addition to this policy.

5. Return Request Procedure

Before sending any product back, customers must submit a return request by e-mail.

Please contact us at:
care@rackmivo.com

The return request should include:

• order number

• customer name and contact information

• product name or product information

• reason for return

• photos or other supporting information if the product is damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or missing parts

After reviewing the request, we will provide return approval and return instructions if the return is accepted.

Packages sent back without prior authorization may not be accepted, refunded, or returned to the sender.

6. Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Missing Products

Customers should inspect the product as soon as possible after delivery.

If the product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing parts, please contact us promptly at care@rackmivo.com with your order number and supporting photos.

Supporting photos may include photos of the product, packaging, shipping label, damaged area, missing parts, or any visible issue. This helps us review the problem and provide an appropriate solution.

If the issue is verified, we may provide a replacement, refund, replacement parts, prepaid return solution, or another reasonable solution depending on the situation.

7. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs depend on the reason for the return:

• If the product is defective, damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or has a verified quality issue, return shipping costs may be covered by us or handled through another confirmed solution.

• If the return is due to reasons not related to product quality, such as personal preference, incorrect selection, wrong size or color choice, unsuitable dimensions, or change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Detailed return shipping instructions will be provided after the return request is reviewed and approved.

Customers should not send products back using cash-on-delivery, freight collect, or unpaid shipping methods unless we have confirmed this in writing.

8. Return Address

Approved returns should be sent only to the return address provided by our customer support team after authorization.

The return address may vary depending on the product type, delivery region, or return handling process. Please do not return products without receiving return approval and instructions from us.

9. Packaging for Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for packing returned products safely to prevent damage during return shipping.

For home organization, storage, drying rack, laundry, waste bin, and household products, please make sure the product is properly protected, especially if it includes plastic parts, metal frames, corners, lids, wheels, hooks, foldable parts, or assembly components.

If a returned product is damaged because it was not packaged properly, the refund may be refused or reduced.

10. Inspection of Returned Products

After the returned product is received, it will be inspected to confirm whether it meets the conditions of this Return & Refund Policy.

The inspection may include checking product condition, cleanliness, packaging, accessories, parts, manuals, and whether the returned item matches the approved return request.

Once the inspection is completed and the return is approved, the refund process will begin.

11. Refund Method

Refunds will usually be issued to the original payment method used when placing the order.

If the original payment method is unavailable, we may contact the customer to arrange an alternative refund method where appropriate.

12. Refund Processing Time

After the return is received, inspected, and approved, refunds are usually processed within 7 business days.

The time it takes for the refund to appear in the customer’s account may vary depending on the bank, card issuer, payment provider, or payment method.

13. Refund Scope

The refund amount depends on the reason for the return:

• If the product is defective, damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or has a verified quality issue, the refund may include the product price and the original shipping cost where applicable.

• If the return is due to reasons not related to product quality, the refund usually covers only the product price, and the original shipping cost is generally non-refundable unless required by law.

Any discounts, coupons, or promotional offers used at the time of purchase may be reflected in the final refund amount.

14. Exchanges and Replacement Parts

We may offer exchanges or replacement parts when appropriate, depending on product availability and the nature of the issue.

For products with multiple parts, such as drying racks, organizers, bins with lids, storage units, hooks, wheels, or assembly accessories, we may provide replacement parts instead of a full return or full refund if this is a reasonable solution.

If an exchange is not available, we may offer a refund according to this policy.

15. Order Cancellation

If customers wish to cancel an order, they should contact us as soon as possible at care@rackmivo.com.

If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we may be able to cancel it and issue a refund.

If the order has already been shipped or cannot be stopped, the customer may need to follow the return process after receiving the product.

16. Refused, Unclaimed, or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, failed delivery attempts, or failure to collect the package, additional shipping or handling costs may be deducted from any applicable refund.

Refunds for refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable packages will be reviewed after the package is returned and inspected.

17. Lost Return Packages

Customers are encouraged to use a trackable shipping method when returning products.

If the return is arranged by the customer, the customer is responsible for the package until it is delivered to the approved return address.

We are not responsible for return packages that are lost, delayed, damaged, or delivered to the wrong address due to the customer’s chosen shipping carrier or incorrect return address use.
